White Pine Council (Charitable # 10776 1694 RR0205) is 1 of 20 Councils within Scouts Canada and is located in Eastern Ontario, hosting 3800 members in 100 Groups. The Council generally covers the territory from Pickering to Napanee, up to the southern border of Algonquin Park.
White Pine maintains 5 properties within its six traditional event areas which benefit members by providing a variety of locations for delivering exciting, year-round outdoor program activities. The Council also runs a vibrant residential and day summer camp program out of Camp Samac in Oshawa, ON for youth ages 5 to 16.
White Pine Council is supported by the Central Ontario Service Centre (COSC) located in Oshawa, Ontario. The COSC also services Central Escarpment, Greater Toronto and Shining Councils.
