Event Planning Workshop


What: “How to Plan a Special Event” workshop.

Why: Facilitators who have experience running events of all sizes can share their knowledge. Topics include: making a Proposed Budget, marketing, registration, building your event team, where to go for help.

Who: For any Scouters who would like to run an event for the first time and Scouters who currently run an event.

When: Saturday March 28, 2020 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

Where: Camp Samac, Boardroom, lower lever of the Scout Shop, 1711 Simcoe St N, Oshawa

Registration: $5 per person.  Bring your own lunch. 

Minimum participants required: 15

Bring A Friend/Scouter and enjoy the activities.

Facilitators participating are experienced at Group, Area, Council and National levels.
