No One Left Behind: A subsidy program offering financial assistance for registration and program.   The NOLB program is aimed at children from families struggling with financial hardship all across Canada – so that they also get the chance to benefit from the values, skills and experiences offered through Scouting. Jamie Caswell was an avid Scouter in White Pine Council’s Oshawa Area who had a passion for working with youth and bettering his community. He organized Easter Eggs Hunts, Winter Rallies, Cub Winter Activity Days, Halloween Hikes, and spent countless time building structures at Camp Samac. More »

Group Commissioners / Registrars can enter this information under a youth’s profile by taking the following steps: In MyScouts, click on the Section the youth is registered in. Find the youth’s name and click on the green profile icon next to their name.
